Drainage
Driveway concrete is strong and the Concrete Repeat retaining wall system has been engineered and designed to handle the most powerful force on the planet, the incoming and outgoing ocean tide.
Rigid solid poured walls and the rigid enterlocking engineered retaining walls are not designed to take the abuse of lake and ocean water slamming into the wall. The purpose of these walls is to deflect this great force we know as water.
Our theory is more like the theory of "Martial Arts", use the opposing force to your advantage. Concrete Repeat's one of a kind design allows all of the water to dissipate and absorb into the wall itself and then drain back into the ocean or lake with minimum resistance. The wall takes far less abuse simply because it slows the water down gradually instead of trying to stop it.

Erosion & Durability
Our building method makes Concrete Repeat a natural choice for erosion control. Our system works with excessive weight, gravity and size combined to create the strongest engineered wall built. Our wall will not break if impaired. For instance, if an automobile were to back into a standard engineered retaining wall, the hollow masonry block would burst open and the gravel would fall out. If you were to back into a Concrete Repeat wall with 4" of solid concrete, you might need an insurance adjuster to write a claim.
Concrete Repeat's texture is inconsistent and creates a "Claw Like" grab in the underlying structure. When combined with gravel it creates friction and it's own locking footprint.
It's a lot more than just your standard engineered retaining wall, it's hundreds of pounds of recycled concrete slabs and built to last.
